Policies
- Frequency/times of visits – Minimum of every other day visit required if you will be away for longer than 48 hours. Pets are family members; leaving them alone or unsupervised for stretches of longer than 48 hours is non-negotiable and against Cater to Cats policy.
Weekdays -late afternoon or early evening
Weekends- morning or afternoons
- Consultation Phone Call/Visit – A consultation phone call or visit is done to go over questions prior to cat sitting. If you decide to use Cater to Cats, I will stop by your home prior to sitting service start date and pick up keys.
- Key Return– Suggestions for key return after cat sitting is complete:
Spare keys for clients outside of the above areas will be mailed for a small fee to your home via USPS Certified Mail.
2- The most convenient method is for me to keep keys securely on file if you plan to make future bookings.
3- Arrange a time to come pick up the keys at my residence.
- Supplies- Please make sure you have sufficient kitty litter and preferred food on hand prior to service. If there isn't a sufficient amount and I must supply more food/litter in your absence, amount spent will be added onto the total visit fee ( copy of receipt will be supplied).
- Payment – Payment is due in full on or before the first day of service.
- Shared sitting - A booking may be refused if the duties are “shared” by anyone other than Cater to Cats. This includes housemates, family members, house-sitters or friends.
- Termination of Services - A gross negligence in regards to any of the policies above on the part of the client gives Cater to Cats the right to terminate future services with the client.
